By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable policies referenced in this document.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.

These Terms apply primarily to purchases made by consumers. Where a purchase is made for professional or commercial purposes, different mandatory rules may apply.

3. PRODUCTS

ADVENTSIS specializes in Advent calendars and related products, including snacks, beverages, beauty products, gifts, and other selected items.

Each product is presented with a description intended to communicate its main characteristics, contents, and specifications.

Customers should review the product description carefully before placing an order, particularly where an Advent calendar contains multiple items, food products, beverages, or products from different manufacturers.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in packaging, appearance, or presentation may occur where they do not materially alter the product purchased.

Product availability is subject to stock levels and supplier availability.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent where required by law.

4. PRICES AND TAXES

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or during checkout.

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Any delivery charges or additional costs payable by the customer will be displayed before the order is completed, where required.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply depending on the destination country and the terms of sale.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these additional charges may not be included in the displayed product price.

Prices may change without prior notice. However, a price change will not affect an order already accepted, except where a correction or adjustment is legally justified.

5. ORDER PROCESS

To place an order, customers must select their products, provide the required information, choose an available shipping method, and complete payment through the checkout process.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order where operationally possible. However, cancellation may no longer be possible once the order has been prepared or handed over to the carrier.

If an order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise any applicable statutory withdrawal rights, subject to the relevant legal conditions.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are prepared within an estimated period of 1 to 3 business days before dispatch.

The following estimated delivery times apply after dispatch, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

France

FedEx Standard: 4 to 7 business days.
FedEx Express: 3 to 5 business days.

Europe

FedEx Standard: 5 to 9 business days.
FedEx Express: 3 to 6 business days.

International Destinations

FedEx Standard: 7 to 14 business days.
FedEx Express: 5 to 9 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances.

The applicable shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

ADVENTSIS remains responsible for its legal obligations concerning delivery, including applicable delivery deadlines and remedies for non-delivery.

9. DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and tracking information.

We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, coordinate with the carrier to investigate.

Customers should notify us promptly of any visible damage or missing items. However, failure to report an issue immediately does not automatically remove any statutory rights.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from qualifying online purchases within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For orders delivered in several separate shipments, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer receives the last product.

To exercise this right, customers must clearly inform us of their decision within the applicable period.

Returned products must be sent back within 14 calendar days after the withdrawal notification, subject to applicable law.

Customers may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following withdrawal where they were properly informed of this obligation before purchase.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal deadlines. We may defer reimbursement until the goods have been received or evidence of return has been provided, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to products falling within a valid legal exception.

11. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an applicable legal exception applies.

Depending on the circumstances, these exceptions may include:

Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Opening an Advent calendar does not automatically exclude the entire product from return. The applicable rules depend on the nature of the goods, their condition, and the relevant legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.

12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, customers should contact us with their order number and a description of the problem.

Photographs may be requested where reasonably necessary to assess a damage claim.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Where the law requires ADVENTSIS to cover return costs for defective or non-conforming goods, those costs will not be charged to the customer.

13. LEGAL GUARANTEES

Products sold to consumers benefit from the mandatory legal guarantees applicable to their purchase.

Where French law applies, these may include the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, subject to their respective legal conditions.

These guarantees are independent of any voluntary return or refund policy offered by ADVENTSIS.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights.

14. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFETY

Some Advent calendars may contain food, beverages, cosmetics, or other products manufactured by third parties.

Customers should review the available ingredient lists, allergen information, storage instructions, expiry or best-before dates, and other product-specific information before use or consumption.

Customers with allergies or intolerances should carefully check the information supplied with the relevant product.

If a product appears damaged, tampered with, improperly stored, or unsafe, customers should not consume or use it and should contact our customer service team.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The original content published on the ADVENTSIS website, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of protected content is prohibited unless authorized or permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

16. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected during the purchasing process is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR where applicable.

Customers retain all mandatory statutory rights relating to delivery, product conformity, defective goods, and other applicable consumer protections.

We will make reasonable efforts to understand the issue and seek an amicable resolution.
